BON APPETIT!
Our chef and the restaurant team have created a delicious menu combining seasonal, local produce with flavours from further afield. At Auberge de Cévennes, even the cuisine inspires adventure!
Dinner (7 evenings a week)
Our food is 100% home-cooked. As part of our commitment to reducing food waste, we ask you to make your dinner choices on arrival, from a menu featuring 2 starters, 2 mains (incl. vegetarian option) and 2 desserts. If you’re staying longer, rest assured that the choices change daily!
Non-residents are welcome. Book your table on the day (subject to availability) either by phone or by coming in to see us at the Auberge.
We advise our hotel guests to book half board to guarantee a table for dinner.
Lunch (Saturday and Sunday)
On Saturdays and Sundays, the restaurant is open to residents and non-residents alike, serving a 2-course (main and dessert) menu specially prepared by the chef and restaurant team.
Choose your favourite spot (in the restaurant, on the balcony or on the terrace overlooking the Tarn), and sit back and relax. Our concept means we can serve you quickly while ensuring your food is top quality.
