By train and car
From Paris: 5 hours (3 hrs by train to Nîmes then 2 hrs by car)
From Lyon: 3 ½ hours (1 hr 20 mins to Nîmes then 2 hrs by car, or 2 hrs to Alès and 1 hr 15 mins by car)
From Marseille: 3 hours (1 hour by train to Alès and 2 hrs by car)
